TERMS OF USE
Check-in and Check-out
- Our standard check-in time is at 14:00 IST, and check-out time is at 12:00 IST.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Individual Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges, except for a 1-night retention charge.
Payment Terms Policy
- A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card for the total stay upon arrival.
- Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the resort´s policy.
- Guests are required to present valid photo identification (an International passport or an Indonesian ID card) at check-in.
- Payment methods accepted include credit cards, payment gateway links and bank account deposits before the due date.
- Taxes are applicable as per the prevailing rates at the time of reservation.
Extension of Stay
- Extension of stay rates will be offered based on current rates at the time of the extension request.
Special Booking Rates and Offers
- Certain privileged booking rates or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or changes. Guests are advised to review room descriptions and conditions before booking.
Refunds
- Upon cancellation, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated after deducting cancellation charges and applicable taxes. This refund will be credited to the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode as the original booking.
- The refund process may take 20-30 business days.
Child Policy
- Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free (subject to crib availability).
- Additional charges may apply for children between 5 and 8 years.
- Children 8 years and older will be charged at the extra adult rate.
Identification Requirements
- Indonesian Nationals must present a valid Passport or Driving License at check-in.
- Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and a valid visa.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- No gatherings or parties are allowed in the room.
- This reservation is non-transferable.
- In case of a no-show, the full room charge (including applicable government tax) will be charged to the provided credit card.
- The resortreserves the right to refuse check-in for guests who do not follow instructions, engage in discriminatory behavior, harass others, or pose a safety risk.
- Guests are expected to uphold the safety, security, and hygiene standards of the resort.
- Guests must maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of their rooms and adhere to resort guidelines.
- The resort is not responsible for guests’ allergies or sensitivities to materials, cleaning products, or food.
Valuables and Lost Property
- Guests can store valuables in safety deposit boxes in their rooms or at the resort, with applicable charges.
- The resort is not responsible for personal possessions lost, stolen, or misplaced on the premises.
- Lost property is held for three months, after which it may be disposed of or donated to charity.
Parking and Vehicle Responsibility
- The resort is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.
Liability and Disclaimer
- The resort reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The resort is not liable for events beyond its control, including flight delays, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, and more.
General Provisions
- By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to resort’s Standard Terms and Conditions available on request.
- The resort may cancel reservations if the provided information is falsified or incomplete.
- You authorize the resort to profile you for hospitality services.
- You indemnify and hold the resort harmless for any liability arising from your reservation and stay.
- The resort is not liable for losses or damages, except in cases of negligence.
